Do you have a physical store?
Sadly no. Currently we are online-only but a physical location would not be out of the question one day.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Essex, UK.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We use Royal Mail International Tracked for all international orders and the cost of which is based on Royal Mail's rates for a Small Parcel (up to 500g) for shipping to your country from the UK.
How do you work out shipping?
Shipping is priced at Royal Mail Tracked 24/48 (both UK only)/International Tracked for up to 500g. One shipping charge covers 3 items, so if you were to order 3 items, you'll only pay one shipping charge, but if you were to add a 4th item, you will then have another shipping charge added on, which will cover you up to your 6th item etc.
Can I sell records to you?
Yes and no. For small trade-ins, (i.e. 1 or 2 records) we will consider buying the record. If you are interested in selling a record to us, please email hello@backrecordcollection.co.uk
Please note: You will need to provide clear images of the record and its condition. Items will require shipping, this will be handled by us but the customer will need to provide secure packaging
For larger sales, we are unable to facilitate this at this time. We are just starting out as a business and do not currently have the capital to spend on large sales. As much as we would love to say yes, right now we just can't. But that's not to say we never will. Watch this space.
Do you have *insert record here* in stock?
Most, if not all our stock is listed on this site and on Discogs, however it never hurts to ask as we may have received the record you're looking for and not had a chance to test/list it yet. Reach out to us on hello@backrecordcollection.co.uk and we'll let you know if we have it in stock.
